BECI suggests the interested companies to follow a procedure in 3 steps:

1. Attend the seminar to receive complete information in the field of EU fundings and tenders in Computer and Softwares
2. One hour interview at BECI’s premises with the appropriate expert to evaluate the chances your company has to fulfill the EU requirements
3. An opportunity to be coached by an expert in EU funding or tenders when submitting a funding dossier or an offer.

Seminar program (language: English)

8.30 : Welcome breakfast and introduction on Enterprise Europe Brussels
9.00 : Stéphane Joiris => EU funding opportunities in the field of Computers and Softwares
10.00 : Benoît Conti => EU tenders in the field of Computers and Softwares
11.00 : Organisation of the appointments for the individual one hour interview for the interested companies

Inscription by 13 september 2010 at the latest.

Participation fee :

• 50 €/person for BECI members
• 100 €/person for non members BECI
Included in the price : Participation to the info-session and one hour interview with an expert (for the interested companies)
