Do we still need time management?
Inspiration session Monday, 9 March 2026, from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.
(breakfast reception at 8:45 a.m.)
‘Stop managing your time! Manage your energy.’ An appealing idea... but is it really true?
When Lieve Woutters began her career as a time management trainer more than 25 years ago, she thought that time management would become obsolete and that, ten years later, this type of training would no longer be necessary.
Today, she sees the opposite: time management is more essential than ever. It has also become much broader and more complex, which explains why so many people struggle to cope with their workload.
As a manager or talent manager, how can you prevent employees from becoming overwhelmed with tasks? What can the organisation do? What can managers do? And what can employees (or freelancers) do themselves?
These questions will be at the heart of this inspirational session.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Managers, executives, HR managers
OBJECTIVES
At the end of the training, participants will leave with concrete answers to the following questions:
- What are the most frequently encountered problems and complaints?
- What are the principles of effective time management?
- Why have the training courses already offered not produced the expected changes?
METHODOLOGY
The session is interactive: statements spark reflection and discussion, enriched by a structured framework and concrete examples.
