ESG for All

ESG for All is the ESG Community’s monthly gathering. It brings together entrepreneurs, experts, and stakeholders committed to addressing major environmental, social, and governance issues through testimonials, feedback, and inspiring discussions.

Objective: to encourage action and fuel companies’ strategic thinking by addressing key themes such as the decarbonization of industry, the fight against poverty, the future of textiles, and climate policies.

Diversity and inclusion

Beci's commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected both internally and through initiatives such as WeFund and our partnership with Actiris. Internally, we have adopted a diversity charter, set up a dedicated governance mechanism and implemented an ISO 9001-certified quality approach.

The WeFund programme, developed by Beci and Womenpreneur-Initiative, aims to address the lack of financial training and respond to the specific challenges faced by women entrepreneurs. It offers training in financial management, business plan creation, pitching, leadership and communication.

In addition, as part of our partnership with Actiris, the Brussels employment service, we are joining forces to connect companies that are recruiting, training organisations and talented job seekers, in particular through our Talent Talks events.

At the same time, various co-organised events raise awareness among employers about diversity issues and thus promote inclusion in the labour market.
