Today, ESG issues affect all organisations, regardless of their size or sector of activity. The transition to a more responsible economic model is challenging practices, disrupting habits and creating new opportunities. It was this observation that led to the creation of Beci's ESG Community: to enable every company, whether public or private, local or international, to understand these issues, embrace them and transform them into levers for innovation and resilience.

Faced with this growing complexity, Beci has adopted a unique position: that of a neutral, cross-sector hub, at the crossroads of the public and private sectors, Brussels and the international community, connecting economic actors with institutions, experts and civil society. It is this ability to bring people together around a common goal that makes the ESG Community so powerful and useful.

Within this ESG community, we offer you a privileged space to make your voice heard, to connect with a dynamic network of economic actors committed to the ecological transition, and to transform your ambitions into concrete actions.

ESG for All

ESG for All is the ESG community's flagship monthly event. This series of meetings brings together entrepreneurs, experts and committed stakeholders to discuss major environmental, social and governance issues.

The event offers an inspiring and practical format: testimonials, feedback and open discussions to encourage action and fuel strategic thinking.

Each edition addresses a key theme, ranging from the decarbonisation of industry to the fight against poverty, the future of textiles and climate policies. Previous speakers have included Alexandre Helson from Maison Dandoy, Magali Frankl from The Shift, Aurélie Cuvelier from Turbel, Daphné Vlerick from Pulsitive, Pierre Hermant from Finance Brussels, Minister Crucke and Juan Andres Murillo from Carmeuse.

Diversity and inclusion

Beci's commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected both internally and through initiatives such as WeFund and our partnership with Actiris. Internally, we have adopted a diversity charter, set up a dedicated governance mechanism and implemented an ISO 9001-certified quality approach.

The WeFund programme, developed by Beci and Womenpreneur-Initiative, aims to address the lack of financial training and respond to the specific challenges faced by women entrepreneurs. It offers training in financial management, business plan creation, pitching, leadership and communication.

In addition, as part of our partnership with Actiris, the Brussels employment service, we are joining forces to connect companies that are recruiting, training organisations and talented job seekers, in particular through our Talent Talks events.

At the same time, various co-organised events raise awareness among employers about diversity issues and thus promote inclusion in the labour market.
