Consular services
The consular service is available to exporting companies in Belgium. Certain documents must also be endorsed by the embassy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or another competent body. We can also take care of this for you.

How does it work?
1st step
You can send us your documents to be endorsed or drop off the originals at our offices.
2nd step
We will inform you of the procedures and submit the application to the relevant organisation.
3rd step
As soon as the documents are ready: either come and collect them or we will send a courier to collect them.
