Our three-day training course will enable you to put generative AI tools into practice, using real-life case studies tailored to your professional reality

The aim: to effectively integrate AI into your organisation to boost productivity, optimise your processes and encourage innovation.

In an ever-changing world, the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on productivity, operations, and innovation is inevitable. This technological revolution requires businesses to adapt, understand, and address the challenges and opportunities it creates. Mastering these technologies has now become essential to staying competitive.

Beci and BeCode are organising a practical training course on artificial intelligence (AI) for beginners. The course comprises three days of face-to-face training and two follow-up online meetings. It is designed for immediate use within your company, the day after the course. Concrete examples, case studies and practical tools are provided to maximise your effectiveness.

Learning objectives
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:​

• Understand and effectively use different generative AI tools for a variety of use cases, including efficient prompts and result refinement;
• Learn to implement AI projects securely by integrating basic cybersecurity and data privacy practices;
• Automate prompts for repetitive tasks;
• Create a first prototype of an AI based solution for your day to day operations

Examples of possible prototypes - each participant can work on the most relevant use case 

• Automatic generation of promotion material (videos, pictures, etc.) 
• Implementation of an internal search engine for interacting with your documents (RAG)
• Creation of an internal chatbot

AGENDA

Day 1  (16 May, Friday): Understand the potential of AI and frame your project

09:00 - 12:30 

• Welcome and introduction: presentation of the course objectives, programme and results.
• An overview of generative AI: Concrete use cases in companies, limits and opportunities.
  
• Identification of an internal business problem: guided reflection on processes or challenges that can be optimised using AI.
  

13:30 - 17:00

• Ideation workshop: Brainstorming around AI use cases tailored to each participant.
• Choosing and framing the personal project: Defining objectives, target audience, expected impact.

Day 2 (23 May, Friday): Prototype an AI solution tailored to your needs

09:00 - 12:30 

• Mastering GenAI tools: Best practices in prompting, content generation and refinement.
• Overview of tools depending on requirements (text, image, code, automation, etc.).

13:30 - 17:00

• Prototype in action: Creation of an MVP with individual support.
• Cross feedback between participants and iteration on first versions.

Day 3 (6 June, Friday): Integrate your prototype into your business environment

09:00 - 12:30 

• Business process integration: examples, strategies, and complementary tools.
• AI as a lever for productivity and innovation (without replacing humans).

13:30 - 17:00

• Best practices for ethical and responsible use
• Feedback, key learnings, and a post-training action plan..
• Final project presentations

Follow-up: 

2 follow-up sessions will be organised to discuss practical cases and possible obstacles to the use of AI in practice. They will take place between mid-June and mid-July.

Trainer

​Antoine Gilliard, passionate about AI, combines creativity and people skills. Trained in applied mathematics, he started out as a data consultant before turning to artificial intelligence to make a more direct impact. Now a trainer at BeCode, he enthusiastically passes on his expertise and his passion.
