Corporate mediation: acquiring key skills - Full cycle
This event is held in French
Master the skills required to support the reorganization of a company in distress!
In an uncertain economic context, the role of the reorganization practitioner has never been more essential. This professional is at the heart of the legislation relating to the reorganization of companies in difficulty. Notably in out-of-court reorganization procedures and in business mediation, they are appointed by the business court to contribute to preserving the continuity of the activities of a company in difficulty. They support companies and creditors in the search for amicable or collective agreements, while mobilizing a range of specific legal mechanisms.
To address the increasing complexity of this mission, a certified conference cycle has been designed to allow (future) reorganization practitioners to acquire the necessary skills to perform their role.
These skills are multiple and cover various fields :
- Mastery of legal rules, sometimes new and complex,
- Understanding of financial issues,
- Advanced techniques in negotiation and mediation.
A flexible and thematic training
This cycle is structured around 9 half-days of training (4 hours each), organized into 18 thematic modules. Participants can personalize their path by selecting the modules best suited to their needs, offered in French or Dutch. Participants can choose the modules in one language or the other, or in a combination of both.
To obtain the certification, it is sufficient to attend a minimum of 5 sessions, each consisting of 2 modules. This flexibility makes it easy to balance learning with professional life.
This cycle is organized in partnership with bMediation, the mediation center created by the two Brussels Bar Associations and the Brussels Chamber of Commerce (Beci).
Topics covered
Among the proposed topics, each participant will be able to deepen :
- The fundamental principles of insolvency law,
- The specificities of out-of-court and judicial reorganization,
- Financial aspects (account analysis, valuation, taxation),
- Negotiation techniques with creditors and administrations,
- Ethics and obligations in labor law.
Join a cycle designed to make you a key player in the reorganization of companies in difficulty, serving businesses and their partners !
