This training day focuses on using n8n as a workplace automation tool. You will discover how to connect your tools, automate repetitive processes, and build workflows without needing to code.

Through demonstrations and exercises, you will learn to build workflows, manipulate data between applications, use external APIs, and identify automations directly useful in your professional daily routine to save time and focus on higher value-added activities.

Enable you to:

• Use n8n as a professional automation tool to reduce time spent on manual and repetitive tasks.
• Build functional workflows connecting multiple tools with conditional logic and error handling.
• Identify use cases to automate in your own context and leave with an operational workflow or directly reusable template.

The Program

• 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM | Introduction to the day
• 9:30 AM - 10:15 AM | Introduction to n8n and its professional uses: understand n8n architecture, its possibilities and limitations. Identify main use cases for automating business processes (data synchronization, notifications, file processing, tool integrations)
• 10:15 AM - 11:00 AM | n8n basics: getting familiar with the interface and fundamental concepts (Trigger/Action/Logic nodes, canvas, executions)
• 11:00 AM - 11:15 AM | Break​
• 1:15 AM - 12:30 PM | Practical exercise: hands-on practice through concrete cases from professional daily routine: data synchronization between two tools, automatic notification sending
• 2:30 PM - 1:30 PM |  Lunch break - included in the price
• 1:30 PM - 2:15 PM | Connectors, APIs and advanced workflows: discover how to connect n8n to external APIs, manage authentication, structure reusable workflows and design robust automations with error handling and alerts.
• 2:15 PM - 3:00 PM | Practical exercise: building an intermediate workflow connecting multiple tools with conditional logic, data transformation and error handling
• 15:00 - 15:15 | Break
• 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM | Project: automate a real case: identification of a personal use case and construction of a complete workflow, directly useful in each participant's professional context. Individual coaching from the trainer
• 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM | Conclusion and feedback: learning synthesis, round table of built workflows, experience sharing

Bring your laptop to follow the training and do the practical exercises!

Prerequisites:

• Have access to an operational n8n instance (cloud or self-hosted) before the training day - An installation guide will be sent in advance
• Basic knowledge of everyday No-Code tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Airtable)
• Comfort with using APIs
• Have identified at least one repetitive process in your work that you would like to automate before the session.
