Le CEd Relance : Qu'est-ce que c'est?
Problems with your landlord, creditors, suppliers, VAT, social security or social security contributions? Bailiffs knocking on your door, threats of repossession or a broken line of communication with your accountant?
CEd Relance is there to listen to you and find solutions during an individual or group meeting with its legal accountants and specialist lawyers.
These meetings are completely free, with no obligation, and are open to any entrepreneur with a registered office in Brussels.
Confidentiality is guaranteed throughout your dealings with CEd Relance.

Did you know that talking about your difficulties helps you feel better? Putting your feelings into words can help you deal with the situation more effectively. Are you in a difficult situation and don't know who to contact for help? We're here to help.
Every week, we offer you events specifically designed to answer your questions and provide solutions. In individual or group sessions, our experts are there to listen to you, guide you and, above all, provide practical solutions to your situation. More often than you think, there are solutions to your problem. Bankruptcy is not the only possible outcome! This is where we come in, as a Chamber of Commerce, to help you meet the challenges that lie in your path as an entrepreneur. If you wish to remain anonymous, that's possible.
The CEd Relance training courses: a Beci initiative, supported by the Brussels-Capital Region
With the support of the Brussels-Capital Region, Beci and CEd Relance have set up a series of ‘Prevention/Recovery’ training courses to support Brussels entrepreneurs, strengthen their skills, facilitate economic recovery and contribute to the sustainable growth of businesses in the Brussels-Capital Region.
As part of this cycle, one training course and/or workshop per month is offered. These training sessions are designed to be very practical, with concrete examples and advice directly applicable to the day-to-day management of companies.
The themes of the workshops and training courses in the Relance Prevention series are chosen and adapted according to the current economic context. The themes selected enable us to pursue our information, preventive and curative objectives.
This training programme also includes support groups for entrepreneurs. The aim is to provide entrepreneurs in distress with a place to talk and a sympathetic ear. This is an essential aspect. Because going bankrupt, bouncing back or getting back on your feet is not just about dealing with the figures or finding legal solutions. To get back on track, the human aspect is essential.

Depending on your questions, you will be referred to our weekly group or individual workshops.
· the group workshops (maximum 10 people) are held on Tuesdays from 2 pm to 5 pm at the Beci premises;
· the individual workshops (accounting, legal) take place every Thursday from 7.30 am to 10 am online.

- Un pass dans l’impasse is a non-profit organisation whose primary objectives are suicide prevention and, more broadly, improving mental health. A helpline specially dedicated to entrepreneurs is available 24 hours a day at their prevention centre.
- In addition, every self-employed person is entitled to 4 sessions, entirely free of charge, with an approved clinical psychologist or orthopaedic specialist by telephone or videoconference, to improve mental health and prevent acute distress.
- Revival helps entrepreneurs who have gone bankrupt or been forced out of business to bounce back personally and professionally, free of charge, thanks to:
- Front-line support: stages of bankruptcy, activation of social rights and debt management
- Recovery support: coaching and group workshops to redefine a new professional future

- The Chamber for Companies in Difficulty, referred to in article 84, paragraph 3, of the Judicial Code, monitors the situation of debtors in difficulty with a view to promoting the continuity of their business or activities and ensuring the protection of creditors' rights.
- Its mission is to try to raise awareness among company directors of the techniques and procedures for preventing bankruptcy.
- Its role is also to forward the debtor's file to the public prosecutor's office if it emerges from its examination that the debtor is bankrupt or meets the conditions for judicial liquidation.
In all its activities, the data processed by the Chamber of Companies in Difficulty is strictly confidential.
- Admission requirements:
- The company as a natural person or the authorised body of a legal entity (on presentation of their identity card and Articles of Association) accompanied by any person of their choice, or their lawyer without having to present a power of attorney, or their auditor, chartered accountant, accountant or tax advisor (holders of a power of attorney),
- The Crown Prosecutor,
- The clerks and staff of the department for companies in difficulty,
- The consular judges and rapporteurs, but only for cases that concern them.
