Brussels, 13 October 2025 - As digital transformation continues to reshape the world of work, Digitalcity.brussels, the training and employment hub for digital professions, is preparing to celebrate five years of impact and to open a new chapter of reflection with its 2025 Digital Day on 13 November.
It's an event with a dual purpose: to analyse and look ahead to the future of the digital job market, followed by a celebration to mark five years of collaboration between private partners and public bodies, businesses and training institutions.
Understanding and anticipating changes in the IT market
Digital Day will bring together decision-makers, experts and strategic representatives to decipher the major developments in the sector. This edition will feature the presentation of the Digitalcity.brussels monitoring report: "Reinventing access to digital professions: initiating, training and preparing for better recruitment."
The result of a year of analysis, this report highlights the levers for responding to a major challenge: attracting, training and retaining digital talent in a context of growing shortages. It is less an observation than an action document, intended to inspire decision-makers and public and private actors in their HR and training strategies.
