The goal is to provide you with a clear framework and practical tools to implement AI strategically and ethically in your business.

Module 2 : AI in practice for SMEs- 23/06 - 11h/13h

• AI applications in customer service, marketing, sales, finance and logistics
• Which tasks should be automated, and why?
• Which AI tool should you choose?
• The importance of data quality

Module 3 : Strategic implementation of AI-30/06 - 11h/13h

• AI's impact on the workplace
• Operating within the legislative framework
• AI deployment plan
• Get started with ChatGPT!

This training course is aimed at staff members or company managers with little or no knowledge of AI.

• Language: The course is given in French, but questions can also be asked in Dutch.
