Mazen is a VAT specialist with extensive experience across multiple European and non-European countries. He advises international companies in sectors such as technology, real estate, life sciences, automotive, and retail on the VAT aspects of both domestic and cross-border transactions. His expertise also covers corporate restructuring, real estate operations, and VAT compliance, including audits, rulings, and litigation.
Mazen has significant experience supporting Belgian and international companies in recovering foreign VAT. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master’s in European Tax Law from Brussels Management School.
