Public service: reform of the invalidity pension
This course will be held in French
The end of the pension for incapacity and the arrival, in 2028, of a new system based on temporary incapacity are forcing public employers to rethink their practices in depth. Staff rights, new obligations, HR tools: this training course will give you practical preparation for these major changes.
Since 1 January 2025, it has no longer been possible for an employee who is physically unfit to be retired on grounds of incapacity. The reform, which will come into force on 1 January 2028, introduces a new system focusing on temporary incapacity, with individualised support and a reintegration approach.
This training course offers an insight into the reform and its practical implications. What rights do employees have? What new obligations do public employers have? How can we prepare for the 1 January 2028 deadline? These are just some of the fundamental questions that will be addressed during this course.
