- Case study: leading a team resistant to a new AI tool Session
Session 3 : External Impact with Stakeholders
November 28 - 11am – 1pm
- Stakeholdermanagement as a driver of business value
- What Stakeholdermanagement means and why it matters ?
- Linking digital innovation to sustainability goals
- Stakeholder mapping and communication strategies
- Case study: Creating a win-win stakeholder communication plan for SMEs
This course is designed for SME managers, professionals and team leaders who want to understand and implement social innovation. No prior expertise is required, just curiosity and an open mind to change.
Practical information
- Duration: 6 hours, divided into 3 sessions of 2 hours
- Dates: Thursdays October 9, 16 and 23 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Format: Online, with interactive tools and reflection exercises
- Language: English (Dutch or French input is possible, depending on group needs)
- Certificate: Participants completing all 3 sessions will receive a certificate of participation
- Prices: free after registration (no show fee: 150€ HTVA)
Trainer
The course is led by Jeroen Kleijsen, an experienced lecturer and coach in adult education, bringing together academic insight and hands-on business expertise to help SMEs navigate transformation.
