Essential Tools and Insights for Companies Trading Internationally

The training is held in French

Whether you are already active internationally or planning to expand, this session will help you save time, reduce risks, and improve the efficiency of your trade processes.

International trade involves more than just shipping products abroad. Whether you are importing or exporting, expanding to international markets offers great opportunities, but also comes with rules, documentation, and procedures. Understanding them can make a real difference in the efficiency and profitability of your operations.

In this practical session, Beci et Enterprise Europe Brussels experts will introduce two essential tools that help companies avoid delays and make better decisions when trading internationally.

First, discover how to use the European Access2Markets platform to quickly check customs duties, import requirements, rules of origin, and the necessary documentation to trade your products internationally.

In the second part, our expert will guide you through the Certificate of Origin (CO) process, explaining the rules of origin, common mistakes, how to correctly submit applications for non-preferential COs, and best practices to ensure fast processing of your files.

Even if you are already submitting applications for non-preferential Certificates of Origin with Beci, this session will provide practical tips to optimise your procedures and make better use of the tools and services available to you.

The session will also introduce the services offered by the Enterprise Europe Network, which supports SMEs in finding international partners, accessing new markets, and navigating EU regulations.
