Training Objectives :

• Understand AI tools: Learn how tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and others function, and what they can—and cannot—do for your business.
• Master "Prompting": Develop the skills to communicate effectively with AI and achieve professional results from the start.
• Apply your knowledge: Practice crafting 1 or 2 effective prompts and leave with a clear, actionable plan to incorporate AI into your workflow.
• Learn about the legal and ethical framework: Gain insights into AI biases and the key principles of the AI Act.

The approach is hands-on: you’ll leave not just with theoretical knowledge but with a practical system you can immediately use to grow your business.

This workshop is Level 1 (Beginner): no technical expertise is required. It is tailored for entrepreneurs, small business owners, retailers, and administrative professionals who want to explore AI and its applications from the ground up.
