Tax reforms: taxation of capital gains

This seminar is held in French.

What can you expect ?

The Belgian government is introducing a capital gains tax, a major tax reform!

The law was passed on April 3, 2026, providing a stable legal framework. Most of the information available can now be considered definitive.

For growing or transforming companies, this approach could prove detrimental.

Beci, in collaboration with BDO Advisory, is offering a two-session seminar to provide you with clear guidance.

You will discover how to rigorously integrate your future potential to ensure a fair valuation, while strengthening your strategic governance in the face of new tax challenges.

Participants will learn how to structure projections, build scenarios, and understand the impact of uncertainties in eight steps:

  1. Understand the reform and its consequences
  2. Understand valuation methods
  3. Envision different futures
  4. Build a dynamic financial model and explore trajectories
  5. Structure everything into scenarios and estimate their probabilities of occurrence
  6. Identify and correct analytical biases
  7. Identify, quantify, and integrate risks
  8. Integrate the analysis into your strategic and operational management
