Brussels, June 17 – Beci and Partena Professional, in collaboration with Beldoc, announce the launch of a streamlined process to facilitate access to entrepreneurship in Brussels. The goal is to digitize administrative procedures in order to offer a fast track for those who wish to start a business as a self-employed individual or as a company.
In practical terms, Beci.be serves as the gateway to two complementary pathways. On the one hand, there’s Fast Lane, developed by Partena Professional, which allows individuals to start a business in just a few minutes—entirely online. On the other hand, the Beldoc platform simplifies the process of forming a company by centralizing the administrative steps: entrepreneurs can complete the process with just a few clicks, before finalizing it in compliance with legal requirements, including the notarized deed.
By combining these solutions, the three partners cover the key steps involved in starting a business. Their shared goal is to avoid a fragmented process and limit the number of points of contact within a system that is still often perceived as complex.
This initiative is part of Beci’s ongoing efforts to streamline administrative procedures, with the aim of making it easier to start a business right from the very beginning.
To support these digital tools, guidance is available. Project leaders can choose between an exclusively digital launch or personalized assistance, depending on their level of familiarity with Partena Professional.
Beneficiaries also receive one year of free membership with Beci. This allows them to immediately join Brussels’ largest business community and build their first professional connections within an ecosystem comprising 35,000 companies of all sizes and across all sectors.
