Overview of the most important changes in employment law
HR professionals in the public sector need to be able to master the principles of employment law for both permanent and contract staff. In view of the numerous social reforms, training and information are essential.
That's why Beci is offering 2-hour information sessions (Webinar format), focusing mainly on current legislation. Jurisprudence will be discussed on questions of principle.
PROGRAMME
This series of training sessions will give you a quick, clear and comprehensive overview of the latest developments in employment law applicable to the public sector.
The first part will be devoted to the legislative and regulatory texts relating to all useful information linked to the employment of staff by public bodies. The second part will analyse key case law decisions.
The analysis will cover both permanent and contract staff.
The 3 sessions will be held on Thursdays 6 November 2025, 12 February and 11 June 2026, from 10 am to 12 pm.
