Are you considering passing on or selling your business? This seminar will review the key steps to ensure you are well-prepared and able to find the ideal successor..
Transferring a business is no simple task; it is essential for the seller to plan well in advance and follow a specific sequence of steps. By doing so, the seller maximizes their chances of finding the perfect successor, thereby ensuring the continuity of the business.
Join us to discover the key stages of this strategic process—covering legal, financial, and human aspects—and learn how to prepare your business for a smooth transition.
Prospective successors are also welcome to attend this workshop, which explores the various phases of a business transfer.

How do you determine the value of your business in the context of a transfer? What are the primary criteria considered by an acquirer or investor? And, most importantly, how can you turn that valuation into a financially viable deal for the successor?
In this workshop, we will take a practical look at:
· The main methods for valuing a business;
· The factors that influence its value, both upward and downward;
· The distinction between value, price, and capacity;
· The various potential sources of financing available to an acquirer;
· the roles played by banks, investors, and the seller in financing a business acquisition;
· The mechanisms for structuring a deal that is balanced and acceptable to both parties.
The goal of this session is for participants to gain a better understanding of a company’s value in the context of a business transfer, as well as the key elements required to build a financing structure tailored to the specific transfer project.
