To mark Business Transfer Week, Beci and deminor NXT invite you to a conference and discussion exploring the key challenges of family business succession.

In Belgium, more than one in three family businesses will need to change hands over the next ten years. Yet nearly half of business owners aged over 65 have made no succession plans.

And for good reason: succession raises questions that are as much about people as they are about strategy.
