Anticipate the challenges before they become risks.
Beci, Partena Professional and the law firm Younity invite you to an exclusive awareness-raising session dedicated to the 2028 works council elections.
The aim is to draw your attention to the key issues and areas to watch out for that you should be anticipating today, as certain decisions could have significant consequences for the conduct of the 2028 works council elections and your workplace climate.
Using concrete examples, case law and feedback from real-world experience, our experts will highlight the main risks, the most common disputes and the best practices to adopt.
This session will also provide an opportunity to discuss these issues in relation to the concepts of Technical Operating Units (TOUs), managerial and executive roles, e-voting and postal voting, the organisation of ‘D-Day’ (election day), as well as the various points requiring attention throughout the forthcoming electoral process.
Speakers at this session will include: Sophie Demaret (Legal Consulting Manager, Partena Professional), Alain Lancelot (External, Partena Professional), Jean-Philippe Cordier (Associé, Younity) and Aurore Guérit (Counsel, Younity).
The session will be divided into two parts: an awareness-raising presentation on the key issues, followed by personalised 10-minute meetings with experts from Partena Professional and Younity, to allow you to discuss your specific questions and concerns.
📍 Beci – Avenue Louise 500, 1050 Bruxelles
⚠️ Places are limited to 36 participants (maximum of two representatives per company) to ensure individual discussions with the experts.
