Did you know that an entrepreneur who is sensitive to figures can detect elements that could be fatal to his company?
Whistleblowing is a procedure that enables internal stakeholders in a company to report serious financial problems or irregular practices, thereby contributing to transparency and preserving the company's integrity.
During this workshop, we will explain the concept of an alarm bell:
- When should it be activated?
- What obligations does it entail?
All based on concrete examples.
We will also introduce you to the various solutions and safeguard tools available to help companies deal with financial difficulties:
- Company mediation;
- Out-of-court settlements;
- PRJ collective agreement;
- Company transfer.
And the best part? The Brussels-Capital Region contributes 75% of the legal and accountancy costs associated with a PRJ, up to a maximum of EUR 5,333 including tax!
