Promptathon: Generative AI Innovation Sprint
This event is held in French
How to transform an idea into a concrete solution in just one afternoon thanks to AI?
That is the entire goal of the Promptathon: a creative and collaborative challenge where participants leverage generative AI to solve real business challenges or design new service offerings.
Guided step-by-step, participants explore a problem, generate original ideas, select the most promising concept, and then develop it into a first prototype and a final pitch. AI supports every stage of the process, helping to analyze, create, compare, enrich, and structure ideas.
As a hands-on workshop, innovation sprint, and friendly competition all in one, the Promptathon offers a tangible experience of AI's power as an accelerator for creativity and collaboration.
An immersive workshop.
No technical prerequisites required.
The program? From 2pm to 6pm
- Welcome and introduction (15 min): Energizer, session kickoff, presentation of objectives, and workshop overview.
- Challenge definition (15 min): Participants present their challenges, and synergies are identified.
- Team formation (15 min): Creation of cross-functional teams of 3 to 5 participants.
- Exploration (30 min) : eams use AI to explore their chosen context by identifying target users, mapping needs and pain points, and defining the core problem their service will solve.
- Ideation (30 min) : Teams leverage AI to generate bold and unconventional ideas, pushing past traditional human constraints.
- Priorization (30 min) : Teams prompt the AI to evaluate and compare ideas based on feasibility, impact, and alignment with the challenge. The most promising concept is selected.
- Enrichment, prototyping, and pitch preparation (1 hour) : Through targeted prompting, teams further develop their selected concept by generating a name, visual identity, executive summary, and a basic prototype or mockup. The AI supports content creation, refinement, and prototype conceptualization in preparation for the final pitch.
- Pitches (30 min) : Each team presents the results of their work in a 5-minute pitch. A collective evaluation follows: points will be awarded to the competing projects. The project with the most points will be declared the winner.
