Sell in full compliance: Consumer Law Ready!
This training will be held in French.
Consumer law lays down mandatory rules with which every professional must comply. The rules on sales, guarantees or advertising are constantly evolving... and so are the sanctions. With this workshop, you will master the essentials: mandatory information, returns, guarantees, unfair practices, greenwashing, product safety, complaint handling... and even the pitfalls of online sales or social networks.
Designed for self-employed persons and SMEs, this training will give you concrete advice, immediate reflexes and best practices to avoid sanctions, while strengthening customer satisfaction.
Programme
The programme is structured around five areas:
- Information obligations and the right of withdrawal;
- Legal and commercial guarantees;
- Unfair practices and unfair contractual clauses;
- Product safety;
- - Complaint handling.
Objectives
Consumer Law Ready aims to:
- Help you understand the existing and new rules that apply to you, as a professional, in your relations with consumers;
- Give you practical advice to apply these rules on a daily basis both in online sales and in sales on business premises;
- Help you anticipate problems rather than face sanctions from the authorities, including fines for non-compliance with the legislation;
- Give you the keys to resolve your customers' complaints;
- Enable you to improve your customers' trust and thus contribute to the reputation of your company.
Initiated by the European Parliament and funded by the European Commission, the "Consumer Law Ready" programme was created by Eurochambres, BEUC (European Consumer Organisation) and the European association representing crafts, trades and small and medium-sized enterprises.
