An inappropriate remark, a joke that makes you feel uncomfortable, an ambiguous situation between colleagues… In everyday working life, certain situations can give us pause, without us always knowing how to respond.

What should you say? How can you intervene without making the situation worse? And how can you support someone affected, even when you are not directly involved?

To mark the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, Beci and Basta Sexism (formerly TouchePasAMaPote) invite you to discover the 5Ds method, a practical approach offering different ways to intervene in situations involving harassment or sexism.

The aim is not to judge behaviour, but to give everyone the tools to respond appropriately, depending on the context and what they feel able to do.

• Discover the five strategies of the 5Ds method.
• Understand how to choose an appropriate response, taking your own safety and that of others into account.
• Learn simple ways to help create a more respectful working environment.

This webinar is open to everyone, with no prior knowledge required. You will leave with practical tools you can use both at work and in everyday life.
