Workshop : The rntrepreneur's loneliness: What nobody really talks about.
Every day, business leaders make dozens of decisions. They carry responsibilities, support their teams, deal with unexpected challenges and keep their business moving forward—all while feeling they must always have the answers.
But who takes care of the person leading the business?
Entrepreneurship can be a lonely journey. Not only because of a lack of support, but also because of the constant mental load, the difficult decisions that must be made alone and the pressure of always being expected to know the way forward.
During this interactive workshop, Patricia Vincent, former business leader, PhD engineer and executive coach, will invite you to step back from your daily responsibilities and reflect on your role as a leader.
Through discussions, practical exercises and immediately applicable tools, you will identify what is truly weighing on your shoulders—and what perhaps no longer needs to.
Because taking care of your business also means taking care of the person leading it.
What you will learn?
- Understand the different forms of loneliness experienced by entrepreneurs and business leaders.
- Identify the responsibilities, beliefs and mental load that shape your daily reality.
- Discover practical strategies to preserve your energy, regain clarity and strengthen your resilience as a leader.
