The Arab-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (ABLCC) and Beci, with the support of the Embassy of the United Arab Emirates in Brussels are pleased to invite you to a high-level economic seminar on business and partnership opportunities in the UAE. 

The seminar will take place on 19 November 2025 from 13:30 till 17:00 at Beci, in presence of His Excellency Mr Mohamed AL SAHLAWI, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates in Brussels, as guest of honour.

This event offers a valuable opportunity to meet and engage with key players driving economic development in the United Arab Emirates. Distinguished speakers from the UAE will share their expertise and provide in-depth insights into these dynamic markets. The seminar will conclude with a networking reception.

WHY THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES?

  • The United Arab Emirates ranked tenth worldwide for foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows in 2024, demonstrating growing international interest.
  • In 2024, the non-oil economy accounted for 75 % of the UAE's GDP, illustrating significant economic diversification beyond hydrocarbons.
  •  Trade between Belgium and the UAE reached approximately €4,35 billion in 2024, highlighting strong market potential. ​
  • The country offers world-class infrastructure, investor-friendly regulations, and Free Zones, making it easier for international companies to establish and expand their operations.
