A full day to understand artificial intelligence, use it effectively and adapt it to your business.

Are you an entrepreneur, freelancer, retailer or professional based in Brussels? Do you already use AI from time to time, but don’t always get reliable results or outputs that are truly adapted to your needs?

This practical training will take you from the basics to a more advanced and personalised use of artificial intelligence.

Throughout the day, you will learn how to use ChatGPT, Claude and/or Gemini more effectively, verify their answers, work with your own resources and turn AI into a genuine day-to-day working tool.

The Program

Morning, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Using AI effectively and responsibly

You will discover how generative AI tools work, what they can realistically bring to your business and what their limitations are. You will also learn how to use them in compliance with the GDPR, the AI Act and essential data protection principles.

You will learn how to:

●      identify tasks where AI can save you time ;

●      write clear and structured prompts to obtain more relevant and professional results ;

●      provide AI with the right context and the right resources ;

●      compare the use cases of ChatGPT, Claude and/or Gemini ;

●      identify potentially inaccurate answers and verify the information generated ;

●      protect your data and use AI in compliance with the GDPR and the key principles of the AI Act ;

●      apply a simple method to a first practical use case related to your business.

Afternoon: Personalising AI for your business

In the afternoon, you will take things further by building the foundations of your own AI-enhanced working environment.

The goal: no longer start from scratch with every conversation, but enable AI to better understand your business, your expertise, the way you work and your objectives.

You will learn how to:

●      create a reference resource containing the key information about you and your business;

●      use projects, context documents and AI tool memory;

●      interact with AI using voice mode to structure your ideas more naturally;

●      understand and use Markdown (.md) files ;

●      use reverse prompting to improve your requests and working methods;

●      conduct in-depth research (deep research) and assess the quality of sources;

●      discover how to create a reusable skill or working method;

●      create a personalised AI assistant to address a concrete need (ChatGPT/Gemini);

●      turn your expertise into content, presentations, sales proposals or working tools.

You will also discover how to combine AI with other categories of tools to conduct research, work with documents, create presentations or visuals, design questionnaires, prototype a solution and work with data.

Demonstrations of tools such as NotebookLM, Canva, Gamma, Tally and Lovable, among others, will illustrate these possibilities.

Most of the training and exercises can be completed using the free versions of ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. However, some of the advanced features demonstrated may vary depending on the tool and account type, and may require a paid plan. You will therefore be able to assess whether a paid plan would provide a satisfactory ROI for your needs.

●      improve your communication and social media presence;

●      create advertising visuals;

●      get support in your professional thinking and decision-making;

Tools covered

• The training focuses primarily on ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.
• Do you mainly use Microsoft Copilot? The prompting, verification, contextualisation and personalisation methods covered during the day will also be useful to you. However, to explore features specific to the Microsoft environment in greater depth, we recommend choosing a training course specifically dedicated to Copilot.
