CEO TALK by Beci –  An exclusive meeting with Stijn Bijnens, CEO of Proximus Group

On 24 September at 4.00 pm, Beci is delighted to welcome Stijn Bijnens, CEO of Proximus Group, for the latest edition of CEO TALK, an exclusive event bringing together 100 CEOs within a network of 35,000 members, partners and federations.

This event will take place in the presence of Laurent Hublet, Minister for Employment, the Economy and the Digital Economy.

At a time when speed of execution has become a decisive competitive advantage, Stijn Bijnens will share his vision of leadership based on a key observation:

‘Bureaucracy is the enemy of speed and execution. Every additional layer of approval, process, or reporting increases friction, slows decision-making, and dilutes accountability.’

How can an agile organisation be built? How can decision-making be accelerated whilst maintaining performance? What levers enable companies to stay ahead in a constantly evolving environment?

During a conversation moderated by Thierry Geerts, participants will have the opportunity to discover the lessons, challenges and strategic choices that are currently shaping one of the country’s leading technology groups.

More than just a conference, the CEO TALK is a conversation amongst decision-makers, in a deliberately intimate setting that encourages meaningful exchanges, practical insights and high-value connections.

Join us for this inspiring event at the heart of the Brussels business community, in the presence of Minister Laurent Hublet.
