• Identify automation opportunities and discover the possibilities offered by custom assistants and AI agents.
• Adopt best practices for responsible AI, result verification, and regulatory compliance.

Program of the day

• Getting Started (30 min): Introduction to the training and a round-table discussion to gather participants' expectations.
• Understanding Generative AI (30 min): Discovering how Large Language Models (LLMs) work and raising awareness about biases, hallucinations, and GDPR.
• Copilot in daily work (20 min) : Exploring and getting hands-on experience with the different Copilot interfaces within the Microsoft environment.

• Crafting Effective Prompts (1h15) : Learning the PRECISE method to write high-performing prompts through a practical workshop.
• Copilot in Microsoft 365 (45 min) : Practical exercises to integrate Copilot into your everyday tools: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Introduction to AI Agents (10 min) : A quick definition of what an AI agent is and an overview of its benefits for independent professionals.
• AI Agents Theory (30 min) : Understanding the architecture of an AI agent and the EU AI Act regulations regarding transparency and human oversight.
• Getting Started with AI Agents (45 min) : Exploring the configuration interface to learn how to guide an agent using instructions and data.

• Best Practices & Advanced Responsible AI (45 min) : Deep dive into techniques for monitoring, correcting biases, and managing your agent's hallucinations.
• Practical Workshop (45 min) : A hands-on session dedicated to creating, testing, and finalizing a complete, customized agent.
• Advanced Automation (35 min) : Introduction to next-level features to connect agents to automated workflows.
• Q&R, Conclusion et perspectives (15 min) : Synthèse de la journée et réponses aux questions.
