💥  Fabrice Brion

Fabrice Brion is a Belgian entrepreneur, an engineer by training, and co-founder of I-Care, a Mons-based company specializing in predictive industrial maintenance and optimizing machine health through AI and data..

He has held the position of CEO since the company's creation in 2004.

Under his leadership, I-Care has become a global leader in the sector, employing over 1,000 people and operating in more than 50 countries.

Having reached a valuation of 1 billion euros, the company recently became a unicorn.

In January 2026, Fabrice Brion was elected “Manager of the Year 2025” by Trends-Tendances magazine, rewarding his leadership, innovation and the performance of I-Care.


💥  Antoine Woitrin


Antoine Woitrin is a Belgian entrepreneur and co-founder & CEO of Posidonia Salt, a Brussels-based startup that produces natural salt with very low sodium content to help reduce salt consumption in the diet without sacrificing taste..

He grew up in an entrepreneurial family active in organic food.

Antoine holds a Master's degree in Law and an MBA from IE Business School. Under his leadership, Posidonia collaborates with food manufacturers and distributors in Europe to reduce the sodium content of industrial products.


💥  Evelien Putman

Evelien Putman is General Manager of Euroterminal, a Belgian logistics and customs clearance company, part of the Italian Italmondo Group. A polyglot (six languages), she leads transformation and sustainable growth initiatives in complex, international environments.

A former economic diplomat at the Belgian Embassy in Helsinki and a recipient of the prestigious Prince Albert Fund, she has held management positions in transportation, supply chain, and industry for over fifteen years, successfully guiding organizations through operational and financial transitions.

A graduate of KU Leuven, MIT, Yale, Cambridge, and the London School of Economics (economics, law, data, AI, sustainability, and governance), she has also served as an independent director of De Lijn for eight years and chairs its audit committee. She combines strategic leadership, analytical rigor, and a strong commitment to people—and, above all, remains a mother of three daughters.
