💥 Michèle Didden - Didden

Michèle Didden is the fourth generation at the helm of Didden, a Brussels-based family business founded in 1925 which will celebrate its centenary in 2025. She took over the reins in 2006, facing a particularly entrepreneurial challenge: to grow and develop a historic brand without losing what makes it unique.

Under her leadership, Didden has successfully combined expertise passed down through four generations with innovation, introducing new ranges and products. A fine example of how a company can reinvent itself, span generations and continue to grow whilst remaining true to its roots. In 2026, this capacity for innovation was recognised with a Golden Tavola award for its ‘Roasted Sesame’ collection.

💥 Alba Pregja - WOMADE & We Rise

An entrepreneur, strategist and community builder, Alba Pregja is the founder of WOMADE, a Brussels-based co-working space dedicated to women, and subsequently of We Rise, a community designed to support women in their entrepreneurial and professional development.

Her journey is that of an entrepreneur who has turned a conviction and a need she herself had felt into a real project: creating spaces where female entrepreneurs can meet, share their experiences and grow together. Today, she also supports entrepreneurs and organisations by combining strategy, design thinking and community building.

💥 Armand Marchand - Professional alpine skier

Armand Marchand’s career is, above all, a remarkable story of resilience and pushing one’s limits. At just 18 years old, he became the first Belgian skier to score points in the Alpine Skiing World Cup. But in 2017, a very serious injury brought his rise to prominence to an abrupt halt and kept him out of competition for several years.

After numerous operations and a long period of rehabilitation, however, he returned to the very top level. A journey that resonates particularly strongly with entrepreneurship: weathering setbacks, adapting, rebuilding and continuing to move forward. Behind the sporting performance lies a genuine entrepreneurial project to be built around a career, a team and partners.
