Spend a day with Claude AI, leave with a workflow you'll actually use
This event will be held in French.
Looking to cut down on repetitive tasks? Want to master Claude and actually embed it into your everyday workflow?
This one-day session gives your team a practical grounding in Claude, the AI assistant from Anthropic, and shows how to put it to work from the first hour. It is built for people who are new to Claude or still finding their footing, and who want to spend less time on manual, repetitive tasks.
Training Description
Across the day, participants learn to write and analyse with Claude, then organise that work so it holds up over time.
We cover prompting that gets useful results, Projects to keep a business context in one place, Skills to tailor Claude to a task, and Cowork to automate a workflow from start to finish.
Everyone works on their own tasks, so people leave with something they can use straight away: a Project set up around their role, and a first automation for a job they do every week.
Training Objectives
Enable you to:
- Use Claude to write, analyse and create interactive content for everyday work.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques that produce clear, reliable results.
- Organise their work with Projects, keeping instructions and reference files in one dedicated space.
- Customise Claude with Skills for recurring tasks and formats.
- Automate a repetitive task from start to finish with Cowork.
The Program
- 09:00 - 09:30 | Welcome and how the day works. Introductions, what to expect, and how the sessions build on each other.
- 09:30 - 10:15 | Meet Claude. The Claude ecosystem (models, Claude.ai, Cowork, Claude Code), what it does well, where it stops, and the main business use cases to look for.
- 10:15 - 11:00 | Prompting that works. How to talk to Claude to get useful answers: giving context, structuring a request, and iterating when the first attempt misses.
- 15:00 - 15:15 | Break
- 11:15 - 12:00 | Organising your work with Projects. The interface, conversations and memory. Setting up a Project to hold a business context, complete with instructions and reference files.
- 12:00 - 12:45 | Hands-on exercise. Each participant builds a Project around their own role and produces a first useful output they can reuse.
- 2:30 PM - 1:30 PM | Lunch break - included in the price
- 13:45 - 14:45 | Tailoring Claude with Skills. How Skills work, a tour of the standard ones (Word, presentations, spreadsheets, PDFs), and building a first custom Skill.
- 10:45 - 11:00 | Break
- 15:00 - 16:15 | Automating with Cowork, plus hands-on practice. Cowork as an office automation tool, a live end-to-end workflow with a third-party integration, then each participant automates one of their own repetitive tasks. Everyone leaves with a working workflow or a prototype ready to use.
- 16:15 - 16:45 | A first look at Claude Code. A quick introduction, not a deep dive. We show the terminal, explain what it is good at and where it falls short, and leave it there. Enough to know it exists and when it might be worth a closer look later.
- 16:45 - 17:00 | Wrap-up and next steps. A recap of what was covered, open questions, and how to spot the next tasks worth automating.
Bring your laptop to follow the training and do the practical exercises!
