The seminar will take place in person on Friday, October 17, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

This summer, the Government announced a first series of tax measures, which have now been formally adopted by the legislature. 

During this seminar, tax experts from BDO will review the adopted measures and discuss their implications for businesses. The session will cover: 

• The finalised tax measures and their practical impact (liquidation reserve, VVPRbis regime, participation exemption (RDT) deduction, etc.)
• Ongoing legislative proposals still under discussion (capital gains taxation, interest deduction, executive remuneration, etc.)
• Recommendations on how to prepare for and respond to the new tax environment
• A Q&A session will follow the presentation.
