Urban planning and environment: not everything is permitted!

This event will take place in French

Did you know that urban planning or environmental permits can have an impact on the creation or development of your business?

Beci and hub.brussels help you make sense of planning permits

Do you want to start a business or expand your activities? That's great! But have you thought carefully about whether you need an urban planning or environmental permit?  Because this is no small detail... And what are the consequences?

During a sandwich lunch, you will be informed of all your obligations as well as your rights. We'll also explain how to get started and how to get support.  A practical event not to be missed!

Programme

  • The game rules in the Brussels Region: how to decide where to set up your (new) business and understand the constraints involved in developing the site? Where can you find the information you need to set up a feasible project?
  • Urban planning permit: When is it necessary? What to look out for?
  • Environmental permit: Why should you request one?
  • Case studies: with the help of case studies, you'll discover the arguments you need to be wary of, specificities for certain activities, real-life cases that speak volumes...
  • And if you have a problem with the authorities? You've been refused a permit or accused of an offence: what are the first good reflexes to have!
