In this context, on June 12, Beci offers 2-hour information sessions in webinar format, during which recent developments—mainly legislative—and case law on fundamental issues will be addressed.

This training will provide a quick, clear and comprehensive overview of the latest developments in social law applicable to the public sector.

A first part will focus on legislative and regulatory texts related to all useful information concerning the employment of staff by public entities. 

A second part will analyze key case law decisions.
