How do I set up direct debit for my membership?
You can manage your membership payment at any time via your MyBeci portal.
- Log in to your MyBeci portal using your personal login details.
- Go to My admin, then My subscription.
- Click on your current subscription (number starting with S, followed by 5 digits), then click on Set up my payment method.
- Select and set up your payment method: credit card or SEPA Direct Debit (direct debit)
- Save your payment method.
It may take up to 10 working days for the SEPA direct debit to be processed. However, your account is already active, and you will receive access to your portal within 3 working days.
Where can I view and pay my bills?
All your invoices are available on your MyBeci portal.
- Log in to your MyBeci portal using your personal login details.
- Go to My admin, then My invoices.
- View your invoice details: status, amount and due date.
- Click on Pay now on the invoice you wish to settle.
- Choose your preferred payment method and complete the payment.
How can I view my event booking and tickets?
You can access your event registrations and tickets in two ways: by email or directly via your MyBeci portal.
Automatic email confirmation
Once you have registered for an event, your tickets will be sent automatically by email to the address you provided when registering.
Please remember to check both your inbox and your spam folder.
Via your MyBeci portal
- Log in to your MyBeci portal using your personal login details.
- Go to My events
- View your registrations for past or upcoming events
- You can download your tickets or visit the event page to view all the practical details (description, date, venue, etc.).
How do I cancel my registration for an event?
You can manage your event registrations via your MyBeci portal.
- Log in to your MyBeci portal using your personal login details.
- Open the "My events" section.
- Check your event registrations and the status of your registration.
- Click on the title of the event you have registered for.
- Once you are on the event page, click the cross on the right to cancel your registration.
Cancellation policy
Free registration:
- If you fail to attend without giving written notice of cancellation at least 4 working days before the event, you will be charged €50 (excluding VAT).
- Participants may send a substitute.
- Beci reserves the right to cancel the event if there are not enough participants
Paid registration:
- Any written cancellation received at least 4 working days before the event will result in a full refund of the participation fee. After this deadline, the full registration fee will remain payable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

How do I change my password?
You can your password at any time via your MyBeci account
- Log in to your MyBeci portal using your personal login details.
- Go to My admin, then Login & security.
- Enter your old password, set a new one, then save the changes.

Any membership of Beci – Brussels Chamber of Commerce is valid for a minimum period of one year and is automatically renewed on an annual basis, unless expressly terminated.
Any request to cancel membership must be submitted at least one month before the contract renewal date:
