AI & HR: legal issues and strategic levers
This event is held in French.
Artificial intelligence is now an essential tool in human resources management and work organisation. From automated recruitment to optimised scheduling and performance analysis, AI is profoundly transforming business practices. But behind these technological advances lie major challenges in terms of employment law, data protection and ethics.
How can we ensure that AI does not increase hidden discrimination in recruitment? Can it be used to justify dismissal? How far can employee surveillance go without breaching the legal framework? And who owns the content generated by AI?
With the adoption of the European AI Act and the increasing requirements of the GDPR and Belgian social law, it is imperative that companies frame their use of AI to avoid legal and social risks.
PROGRAMME
The objective of this course is to give you the keys to understanding and securing the integration of AI in companies, by combining legal analysis, practical case studies and good HR practices.
What you will discover or learn more about:
- Understanding the legal and regulatory framework in Belgium and Europe: AI Act, GDPR, employment law.
- Avoiding abuses and discrimination in the use of AI to recruit and manage employees.
- Managing organisational and social impacts: restructuring, dismissals, employee well-being.
- Providing legal security for the use of generative AI and protecting data and intellectual property.
- Implement a responsible and compliant AI policy within your company.
Designed for a corporate audience (directors, HR directors, lawyers, managers), this interactive training course will provide you with practical tools, concrete examples and a strategic vision for integrating AI while taking security imperatives into account.
