Catherine Lallemand is a former Belgian elite athlete turned entrepreneur and sports coach.

European Mountain Running Champion in 2003 and four-time winner of the Brussels 20K, she co-founded TraKKs, a brand specializing in running.

Through her work with her company  Run To Success, she supports athletes and businesses in performance, physical and mental well-being, and leadership through physical activity and movement.

She is recognized for her expertise in running, sports coaching, and team building.

💥  Guy Quirynen et Luiza Tendler

Guy and Luiza are the founders of Umamido and Rōru.

What began 13 years ago with a single ramen restaurant has grown into a hospitality group operating in Belgium and Switzerland. Together, they built these brands from the ground up, with a particular focus on product quality, customer experience, branding, and company culture.

From the outset, their ambition was to create modern concepts inspired by Japan, while remaining deeply respectful of Japanese culinary heritage and culture. This influence is reflected not only in the cuisine, but also in the visual identity, interior design, storytelling, and overall restaurant experience.

Umamido made a name for itself by helping to introduce an authentic and contemporary ramen culture to Belgium. A few years later, Rōru was launched as a more urban, fast-paced, and accessible Japanese street food concept.

As founders, Guy and Luiza have remained closely involved at every stage of this adventure—from opening the restaurants and building the teams to defining the group's long-term vision.

Today, they continue to focus on sustainable growth, entrepreneurship and the development of hospitality brands with a strong identity.
