Catherine Lallemand is a former Belgian elite athlete turned entrepreneur and sports coach.
European Mountain Running Champion in 2003 and four-time winner of the Brussels 20K, she co-founded TraKKs, a brand specializing in running.
Through her work with her company Run To Success, she supports athletes and businesses in performance, physical and mental well-being, and leadership through physical activity and movement.
She is recognized for her expertise in running, sports coaching, and team building.
Denis Leysen is CEO and co-founder of noah (noah.support).
noah is a platform dedicated to the digital transformation of large organisations. It automates ‘employee discovery’: in just 24 hours, noah surveys teams, maps processes, identifies opportunities for rapid improvement (‘quick wins’) and generates costed business cases, whether for AI, automation or process optimisation projects.
Thanks to this approach, transformation leaders can quickly gain a clear and structured overview of their organisation, without having to go through several months of consultancy.
Its clients include Sweco, UCB, ADB SafeGate, Vekoma, and around twenty other companies.
Michel Culot is a renowned Belgian entrepreneur in the fields of communications, events and the development of innovative venues.
He founded VO Communication in 1992, which later became the VO Group, one of Belgium’s leading players in communications and events. Under his leadership, the group has expanded to include several specialist entities: VO Event, VO Europe, VO Citizen and VOice.
He is also the driving force behind the DROHME project, which transformed the former Boitsfort racecourse into a hybrid space dedicated to sport, nature, culture and entrepreneurship.
In 2021, he handed over the operational management of the VO Group to a new generation of leaders, whilst remaining a shareholder and strategic adviser.
His career illustrates a rare ability to transform a local SME into an international group whilst maintaining a strong human and social dimension.
