Neurodiversity Experience Day

This event will be held in French

In a world in search of meaning, innovation and sustainability, organisations can no longer ignore the wealth of neuroatypical profiles (ASD, ADHD, HPI, DYS).  Neurodiversity and neuroatypical profiles are profoundly challenging our models and processes for collaboration, communication, recruitment and leadership.

The Neurodiversity Experience Day (NED), organised by HyperSens in collaboration with Beci, is the very first Belgian summit devoted to neuro-inclusion in business. On 19 June 2025 in Brussels, managers, experts, researchers and committed professionals will come together for a day of awareness, discussion and transformation.

Our ambition?

To offer an immersive experience to understand the challenges of neurodiversity, deconstruct preconceived ideas and, above all, discover concrete tools and practices to transform leadership and the working environment in a sustainable way.

This summit is aimed at HRDs, company directors, D&I managers and change agents who want to go beyond rhetoric to build truly inclusive, high-performance and humane environments.

Why should you take part?

  • To gain a better understanding of invisible cognitive realities
  • To leave with practical tools
  • To rethink your internal communication and collaboration processes
  • To meet a community committed to a fairer future for work

The programme

3 round tables

All concerned - Deconstructing preconceived ideas:

This round table will look back at the most common stereotypes in order to better understand their reality and raise awareness of the richness and assets of neuro-atypical profiles.

Neurodiversity, a strategic lever for the company:

Identify how cognitive diversity can become a real driver of innovation, performance and attractiveness for your company.

Talent-based management for humane and neuro-inclusive leadership:

Using concrete examples, the final round table offers keys to strength-based management that respects individuality and drives lasting commitment..

Eyewitness accounts

Eyewitness accounts from professionals with neuro-atypical profiles will shed light on their career paths, their specific needs and the conditions that enable them to flourish at work.

Discover the concrete practices of pioneering companies that are integrating neurodiversity into their management culture, and the benefits they are reaping on a daily basis.

A collaborative workshop

The Neurodiversity@work fresco proposes a collaborative workshop to explore together the challenges of neurodiversity at work, deconstruct the obstacles and imagine concrete solutions to be implemented in your organisations.
