How can we better recruit, integrate and support older workers?

The 5th edition of Talent Talks will address this key issue: Older workers in the workplace. 

The event will be structured around two complementary panels:

Panel 1: The place of older workers in the professional world. ​

Between experience, employability and age-related stereotypes.

Real-life testimonials, HR and managerial perspectives, legal insights and labour market analysis will shed light on the challenges and opportunities faced by senior employees.

Panel 2: How to better integrate senior employees and support them at the end of their careers.

Work arrangements, knowledge transfer, mentoring, continuing education, health and well-being, and digitalisation will be among the topics discussed.

The programme is currently being developed and the names of the panellists will be announced gradually.
